Profiles & Contact Information ADAM SIETZ President At the age of 19, Adam began working at WOR-TV in New York as a Production Assistant on the 1986 World Champion New York Mets broadcasts.” Proving himself the most go-getting gopher, he was soon promoted to Script Coordinator and assumed the additional responsibility with his usual flair. Before long, Adam was working as the Broadcast Operations Supervisor where he got his feet wet in the pool of sports marketing and Television production. In fact, he was honored as the youngest member of management in the history of WOR-TV. After receiving a special achievement Emmy Award in 1988, Adam Joined the Family Company. These early successes led to Adam’s working on many diverse productions, such as: "Entertainment Tonight", "Battle Of The Monster Trucks", "The Millrose Games", "Miss USA" Mrs America" and many more. Currently developing new business, Adam is based in our North office. PAMELA CIMBER Vice President, Promotions & Special Events Pamela has been with SEM since 1989. She is in charge of our Florida office and operations, including the administration of all of SEM’s media promotion programs. Her responsibilities also include being the principal liaison to all of our clients and the co-ordination of all of SEM’s production activities and events. MARILYN SIETZ Chairman Emeritus Born and raised in New York City, Marilyn brings a wealth of experience and street smarts to SEM and its Pageant / Award Show partners. For over 25 years, Marilyn was an Excecutive Director in the Miss Universe/Miss USA system. During this time she produced extremely profitable events year after year. Marilyn’s career in entertainment and promotion began with solid training and experience at Grey and MCA. Still just a teenager, she learned public relations and promotion from the real Masters. Soon, Marilyn was tapped by The Ed Sullivan Show, The Jackie Gleason Show, and later, by Sammy Davis Jr., to handle publicity and promotion. In 1979, she decided it was time to be on her own, so she took the risk and became the national director of one of the very first Mrs. America pageants. Marilyn was immediately and aggressively recruited by many pageant systems. She decided upon the Miss Universe system and for the next 26 years. Asked repeatedly to accept the top job in the Miss Universe system, she was unwilling to uproot the family and move to to LA. She is now semi retired and consults with SEM on specific new projects and development. Michael Sietz-Honig Consultant/Creative Director Michael brings twenty years of successful marketing and advertising experience to the Company. His credentials include having served as Vice President of Marketing for Peter Pan Entertainment, where he helped to established Denise Austin as the #1 selling fitness personality in the world. Most recently, Michael was Vice President Of Marketing And Operations for Millennium-Hawthorne Direct, the public company behind the hugely successful launch of the TheraCel Anti-Aging System. As a Creative Director and Writer for advertising agencies, including Grey Advertising, J. Walter Thompson, Gianettino & Meredith, and Griffin Bacal, Michael was responsible for General Foods (Kool Aid, Honey-comb Cereal, and Grape Nuts brands), Blue Cross & Blue Shield (national branding), NYC Health & Hospitals Corporation (corporate image), and Canon Cameras (corporate branding and 4 successful new product launches). He has also developed marketing strategies and creative tactics for numerous political candidates and Internet companies. Michael has served as a Strategic Planning and Creative Consultant for MGM Grand Hotels, JC Penny Stores, and Kentucky Fried Chicken, among many others. Michael joined SEM in 1999. MELISSA TRACHTENBERG Senior Account Executive After a successfull career in the Wine Cellar Design and Marketing business, Melissa joined us at SEM in 1999. Working in our Entertainment Division and becoming the top salesperson within her first 6th months. Melissa was promoted to Senior Account Executive. She has recently begun working in our Sports division. She still believes that a touchdown can be accomplished in the game of Hockey but she is learning quickly.
